We produce the majority of our mashes and try to distill all products in-house (this is unfortunately rare for a distillery nowadays) we are a stickler for quality control and ensuring that all our products are the very best they can be given the raw ingredients and freshness that’s possible and seasonally available.

We use this approach to ensure that each individual product\flavour is handcrafted in our nano distillery in Hervey bay. As a direct result of the product size and specialized volume the ABV sizes can vary from batch to batch making this a truly Craft spirit.

Fortunately, each flavour is handmade incorporating the freshness of ingredients and we try to source as many ingredients locally as possible, but due to the size and location this can alter volumes and ABV output.
Each batch / production run is quality controlled to ensure each bottle has reached its full potential. Eg ABV can very slightly alter depending on freshness of the product and batch size

As a guide, each bottle label will include the batch number and master distiller ( Batchologist) :-
• Spirts are approximately 40% ABV
• Firestarter is approximately 80% ABV
• Liqueurs are approximately 20/25% ABV
