Blue Bay Gin is a  gin that is infused with floral botanicals, (Flower gin) such as lavender, rose, chamomile, hibiscus, and elderflower. The use of flowers gives the gin a distinct aroma and flavor profile that is delicate, subtle, and floral. (Depending on what is fresh or in season and available).

The floral notes can vary in intensity depending type of flowers used and the volume and freshness.

Combine this uniqueness together with a soft Gin base, using traditional botanicals such Juniper Berries / Caradmon/ coriander seeds plus angelica root in a remarkable three step process to maximize flavor.

Our Blue Bay Gin  is a popular choice for those who enjoy a light and refreshing gin experience, this updated and improved Blue Bay Gin uses Blue Butterfly flower as part of the botanicals and when mixed with Tonic water colour changes and reflects a lighter / brighter and fresher drink. (As the Ph of the drink is changed with tonic however we have established that over time UV will bleach the blue colour so its best to be consumer ASAP or kept in a dark cupboard).
