Green Chilli and Lime Gin 500ml

Description

These Locally grown ( Bundaberg) Cayenne green chilies, are picked when in the prime of their production, and then married together with Childers Limes (the town just south of Bundaberg)

Limes are Farm gate fresh, and grown with only the sun and mother Nature to assist. Fruit is grown on 3 years old trees that are planted on the side of the hill in rich red volcanic soil.

These magical flavours are then infused into a Gin base using traditional flavours of Juniper Berries/ cardamon / Coriander seeds / Angelica root and citrus zest with just a pinch of Habanero Dehydrated chilli for depth.

The end result is that this Gin has a natural green hue appearance but has a flavour combination that is celebrated for its ability to add complexity whilst still achieving a balance of heat and acidity that enhances the overall taste experience.
